MacTavish-West Opens New Laboratory in Australia

The new facility, based in Hobart, Tasmania, provides us with a great venue to meet our clients. We can now also provide in-house analytical support for the varied work we are undertaking on behalf of the Australian horticultural producers.  Our laboratory is fully staffed and equipped for sensory assessment, shelf-life trials and analysis of nutritional components of fruit and vegetables including carotenoids, flavonoids, anti-oxidant activity and more.
