MacTavish:West will be speaking on UK-production of plants for personal care at the 'Greener Chemistry in Personal Care' Meeting on the 22nd June in York, UK. Alongside representatives from industry (Boots Alliance, Croda, BASF), Dr Hazel MacTavish-West will talk about sources and supply chains for natural plant-derived ingredients. Focusing specifically on UK-grown bioactives from plants: some of which have been viewed as (at best) weeds.
