Lindsey Bagley, BA CSci, FIFST.

Lindsey has over 30 years in the food & healthcare industries, specialising in product and process development. Lindsey has experience of many technologies and has worked for the beverage, baked goods, dairy, confectionery, fats and oils and ambient foods sectors of the industry. Her work has resulted in a number of patents, many wholly new ingredients and applications, and over four hundred new retail product launches.
Judith Sweet, renowned cook and recipe developer

Judith is well known in the food scene in Tasmania. She has established an enviable reputation over her 35+ years teaching, consulting, creating and enjoying all things to do with food. Judith had a long stint presenting her television cookery series ‘What’s Cooking’ and ‘Judith’s Food Notes’, along with running her restaurant ‘Cotswold Cuisine’ and directing cookery schools. For the past 8 years Judith has had a weekly recipe page in the Tasmanian ‘Mercury’ daily newspaper and has a regular ‘talk back’ radio segment on ABC radio.

Tony is a Hobart-based photographer specialising in corporate and commercial photography. Previously Tony worked in the television industry in a variety of roles: Director, Editor and Camera Operator. Tony works with clients from the initial conceptual stage, through image capture and onto the image processing and manipulation stage.
